We are looking for a highly accurate Head of Finance to oversee all financial activities. The responsibilities of a head of finance include managing financial tasks and ensuring that finances are used beneficially.

To be successful as a head of finance, you should demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and experience in modelling financial strategies. Ultimately, a competent Head of Finance should maintain the finances of the organization effectively and increase profitability.

**Responsabilities**
- Managing the financial reporting for the organisation. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Presentation of financial results and insights to the Board
- Play a key role in the formulation of the business's strategy
- Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls
- Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organisation is compliant with accounting standards
- Managing and overseeing the company’s financial systems
- Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll
- Overseeing commercial decision making from tender analysis, margin analysis, pricing analysis etc...
- Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Reviewing all formal finance, HR, and IT related policies and procedure

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Head of Finance, Director of Finance or similar role
- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Good English language knowledge
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
- Leadership abilities
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- MSc/MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus
