Stiamo cercando un **Sales Support (M/F/d**) che sia entusiasta di poter fornire un servizio eccezionale ai nostri clienti. In questo ruolo, avrai l'opportunità di fare la differenza e contribuire alla nostra mission _“Growth Through Customer Service”._

**Responsabilità Chiave**:

- Fornire informazioni accurate, assistenza e soluzioni alle esigenze dei clienti.
- Dimostrare empatia e comprensione nelle interazioni con i clienti.
- Collaborare con team interfunzionali per risolvere le questioni dei clienti.
- Mantenere un alto livello di conoscenza dei prodotti per assistere efficacemente i clienti.

**Requisiti**:

- Fluente in italiano e inglese
- Abilità di comunicazione e risoluzione dei problemi.
- Empatia e pazienza nell'affrontare le richieste dei clienti.
- Capacità di lavorare in team
- Si incoraggia l'applicazione di individui con disabilità, come definito dalla Legge Italiana 68/99, saranno forniti supporti secondo necessità.
