**Posizione**:
Stiamo ricercando un* LOGISTICS MANAGER con comprovata esperienza alla mansione proveniente da aziende del settore logistico.

**Requisiti**:
QUALIFICHE NECESSARIE:

- Diploma
- Esperienza pregressa alla mansione di Logistics Manager di almeno anni 5
- Provenienza settore logistico

- Leadership
- Abilità comunicative e relazionali
- Gestione risorse
- Capacità gestionali e organizzative
- Capacità di monitoraggio e controllo
- Adattabilità: capacità di ridurre al minimo i ritardi, capacità di modificare e riorganizzare continuamente.
- Abilità di risoluzione dei problemi: capacità di sviluppo e implementazione di strategie e soluzioni per bilanciare tempo del personale, spazio stoccaggio e vincoli di spedizione.
- Comprovata esperienza lavorativa in ruoli di responsabilità nella logística di magazzino
- Conoscenza software logistici
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1 - C2)

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA’:

- Gestione del personale di magazzino e logística (40 persone)
- Istruzione e formazione forza lavoro del magazzino
- Responsabilità operativa di quattro magazzini
- Sviluppo di procedure per la pianificazione e il monitoraggio delle operazioni interne ai magazzini
- Coordinamento dei programmi di produzione, stoccaggio e spedizione
- Pianificazione e gestione strategica logística, magazzino, trasporti e servizi ai clienti
- Direzione, ottimizzazione e coordinamento dell’intero ciclo degli ordini
- Monitoraggio e gestione standard qualitativi e quantitativi
- Gestione dei programmi di spedizione garantendo il rispetto dei programmi di consegna
- Analisi dati per valutare le prestazioni e implementa miglioramenti (budget, monitoraggio costi)

Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato e RAL commisurata all'esperienza.
