**Stiamo cercando Client Advisors per il nostro nuovo Store di Cortina, a partire da Dicembre 2025.**
Il **Client Advisor**rappresenta l'Azienda di fronte ai clienti, all’interno della nostra Boutique. È un professionista nella vendita di beni di lusso ed è responsabile della soddisfazione e della fedeltà di ogni cliente. Collabora al raggiungimento degli obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi prefissati nel proprio Store.
**Job responsibilities**:
- È polivalente, costantemente operativo al servizio del punto vendita, con l'obiettivo di raggiungere la massima soddisfazione del cliente
- È allineato allo stile e agli standard qualitativi del Brand durante l'intero processo di vendita e post-vendita
- Collabora con i colleghi al fine di creare un ambiente positivo e presta attenzione al livello di prestazione
- Riceve ed espone i prodotti secondo le procedureMantiene costantemente un posto di lavoro ordinato secondo le linee guida aziendali**_Vendite _**
- È responsabile del processo di vendita seguendo gli standard aziendali
- Fornisce e mantiene un alto livello di servizio ai clientiGestisce i rapporti commerciali con i clienti al fine di garantire il massimo livello di soddisfazione.**_Gestione clienti e CRM _**
- Assicura il servizio post-vendita con lo stesso livello di efficienza e cura, al fine di mantenere la soddisfazione e la fedeltà dei clienti con l'obiettivo di promuovere l'immagine del Brand
- Gestisce i sinistri con il supporto del supervisore
- Trasforma ogni punto di contatto con i clienti in una situazione positiva, promuovendo sempre l'immagine del Brand
- Comunica alla Direzione le informazioni raccolte riguardanti i clientiEsegue il follow-up delle richieste dei clienti**_Prodotto e visual _**
- Partecipa alle presentazioni dei prodotti
- Conosce a fondo tutti i prodotti della sua categoria ed è aggiornato su tutte le categorie merceologiche presenti in negozio
- Garantisce la cura adeguata del negozio
**Profile**:
- Esperienza pregressa come Client Advisor in una boutique di lusso
- Allineamento con il marchio e i prodotti Loro Piana
- Forte tocco e approccio di lusso
- Eccellenti capacità relazionali e di costruzione di relazioni
- Forti capacità di clientellingLivello di inglese avanzato**Benefits**:
