Service Operations Support Assistant

We are looking for Service Operations Support Assistant to join us in our Grassobbio plant (Bergamo, Italy) with the aim to provide general office administration and logistic support to After Saes Department.

Principal duties and responsabilities
- First point of contact with WW customers in the assigned countries
- Handling in autonomy spare parts request, from incoming requests until shipment
- Support customers in the correct identification of ordering codes
- Follow up orders with Logistics and Procurement and ensure customer expectations are fulfilled
- Liaise with any other EFI locations where required
- PO/PR process handling in SAP
- Support to Account Payable department & shipment

**Job Requirements**
- Professional outlook and organized
- Good working knowledge of MS office required
- Previous experience with SAP
- Able to manage her time and prioritize workload - Multitasking
- Confidential and discrete
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Customer oriented, approachable, friendly
- Fluent in English
- Manage spare parts report and statics
- Manage report tracking and ensure timely communications to agents and re-sellers
