**Posizione**:
Back Office Commerciale Estero

La risorsa si occuperà di
- Gestione clienti
- Gestione delle richieste di informazioni e preventivi
- Emissione Conferma d’Ordine mercati ITALIA / ESTERO e follow up
- Organizzazione spedizioni EXPORT (tramite spedizionieri o EXWORKS)
- Preparazione della documentazione di esportazione (fattura, packing list)
- Reportistica commerciale: Statistiche di vendita ed Elaborazione di report periodici

**Requisiti**:

- Conoscenza della lingua francese (parlata e scritta)
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta)
- Esperienza nella mansione di BACK OFFICE preferibilmente in aziende metalmeccaniche
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Buone capacità di lavoro in team
- Buon grado di autonomia all’interno delle linee guida aziendali
- Spirito di collaborazione
- Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative.

**Altre informazioni**:
Orario di lavoro: full time dal lunedì al venerdì (**8-12.30 e 14-17.30**)

Inserimento diretto presso azienda, con contratto a tempo determinato
