Commerciale / Back Office Estero

Responsabilità

La risorsa sarà operera' nell'ambito dell'ufficio commerciale estero, gestirà i contatti con i clienti e partner commerciali gestendo anche le pratiche di back office a supporto, riportando direttamente alla Direzione Commerciale.

Competenze
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata; preferibile una seconda lingua.
- Laurea
- Esperienza come impiegato/a commerciale back-office di almeno 2 anni
- Ottimo utilizzo degli strumenti informatici (Pc e Microsoft Office)Attività
- Rapporti con clienti e partner commerciali (agenti, distributori esteri).
- Affiancamento alla Direzione Commerciale nella promozione di nuove opportunità di business; sviluppo del business dell'area affidata, previa efficace analisi del territorio e delle opportunità commerciale.
- Supporto alla Direzione Commerciale nell'assistenza al cliente garantendo sempre un ottimale rapporto continuativo con i clienti dell'area commerciale assegnata
- Sviluppo delle offerte gestendo il processo di preparazione e redazione attraverso il coinvolgimento di tutte le aree aziendale coinvolte.
- Follow-up periodico ai clienti al l fine della migliore fidelizzazione;
- Reportistica periodica sulle azioni intraprese, sull'evoluzione del mercato di riferimento, su eventuali nuove opportunità commerciali;
- Preparazione presentazioni collezioni e canvass in coordinamento con il Sales Manager.
- Inserimento ordini e supporto ai mercato in fase di post vendita.
- Partecipazione a fiere di settore
