**THE ROLE**

To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for an **SEO & Organic Growth Manager**. In this role, you will primarily focus on leading and executing Unobravo's international SEO strategy, working closely with the Senior SEO Manager. In addition, you will support the exploration of complementary growth opportunities beyond traditional SEO. Your work will directly contribute to increasing our organic visibility, improving search performance, and uncovering innovative tactics that extend our reach across digital ecosystems.

**You will be responsible for**:
**Drive International SEO**:

- Implement SEO strategies for international markets
- Optimize keyword coverage and content strategy across languages
- Identify market-specific SEO improvements and opportunities
- Lead technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers on fixes
- Monitor search performance and identify issues and wins across markets

**Scale SEO Content & On-Page Strategy**:

- Build data-driven SEO roadmaps for page types, templates, and user journeys
- Define scalable content strategies with prioritization frameworks
- Collaborate with content and product teams to publish SEO-optimized content
- Monitor internal linking, indexation, and crawl health

**Explore and identify new Organic Growth Opportunities**:

- Identify, evaluate and scale new organic growth channels (e. g. app stores, social, communities)
- Conduct experiments in emerging platforms and ecosystems
- Partner with brand, design, and content teams to support channel-specific assets
- Use Gen AI tools or workflow automation (e. g. prompts, scripts, no-code tools) to speed up organic growth execution and experimentation

**Collaborate and Align with Stakeholders**:

- Work with paid, data, and brand teams to align SEO with broader marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with platform owners, developers, and content leads to ensure implementation and alignment
- Define SEO KPIs, track performance, and present insights to key stakeholders

**️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO with proven results across content and technical areas
- Demonstrated ability to drive SEO initiatives from analysis through to execution and iteration
- Comfort using data to prioritize, build strategies, and communicate impact
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with Gen AI tools and automation workflows to speed up execution
- Experience working across international websites or multiple languages
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with a non-SEO organic channel (e.g. growth loops, communities, ASO)
- Bonus: Experience running experiments or testing new content formats or channels
- Bonus: Knowledge of written and spoken Italian
