Come **Manutentore**, svolgerai le operazioni di manutenzione della struttura, garantendo che tutti gli impianti siano correttamente funzionanti.

Le tue responsabilità includono:

- Rispondere prontamente alle richieste di manutenzione provenienti dagli altri reparti della struttura.
- Eseguire le attività di manutenzione e riparazione (idraulica, elettrica, A/C), dando priorità alla propria sicurezza e utilizzando correttamente le dotazioni di protezione personale (PPE)
- Collaborare con il reparto Housekeeping nell’individuare le priorità di intervento.
- Implementare il programma di manutenzione preventivo in allineamento con le necessità della struttura.
- Intrattenere relazioni con i fornitori.
- Rispettare le normative di sicurezza, in particolare nello stoccaggio di sostanze pericolose.

Supera le aspettative rivelando:

- Esperienza e qualifiche come elettricista.
- Esperienza e qualifiche come idraulico saranno considerate un plus.
- Una personalità unica e una vera passione per l’ospitalità.
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni diversi: fine settimana, giorni festivi e orari notturni a rotazione.
- Capacità di risolvere i problemi in modo proattivo.
- Dedizione nell’offrire un alto livello di customer service.
- Versatilità nella gestione di diversi scenari.
- Entusiasmo nell’affrontare sia task individuali, che di lavoro di squadra.
