**Purpose of Position**:
Figure of reference and guide of the Logistics and Supply activities the incumbent oversees and organizes the daily operations of the IRCA Plants to ensure the optimal and efficient functioning of the supply chain and logistics. The role entails guiding a team and making sure all relationship with internal and external stakeholders is taken care of.

**Description of main Activities/responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the correct call off materials to meet the production needs
- Ensuring the correct shipment products to the customers
- Managing the movement of materials among the different plants
- Creating and monitoring KPIs and the related target values
- Verifying the congruence between expected production pipelines and stocked raw materials
- Managing a team, assigning tasks and responsibilities to meet target results
- Engaging actively and collaboratively in all improvement processes and in the resolution of problems
- Coordinating with other Departments (i.e. Production, Procurement, Sales)

**Professional and Personal skills**:

- Education: University: preferably Engineering
- Professional Skills: Planning and logistics, Inventory management, Analysis, People management
- Years of professional experience: 5+ years of experience is required
- Language Skills: Italian & English fluent
- Computer Skills: Excel (Pivot, Power BI is a plus)
- Behavioural requirements: Relational and communication skills, ability to make decisions and relative assumption of responsibility, experience with delegation processes, aptitude for continuous improvement, proven results orientation
- Other: People management experience is a must have
