**Factory Logistic Manager - BAT**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage and improve the complete end to end Logistics solutions, capable to cope with growing output of the factory.
- Manage the team and external suppliers in order to limit the costs of logistics both internal and external.
- Drive forward automation processes to minimize work load and ensure better process efficiency.

**Job description**:

- Manage the factory logistics processes with 3PL in order to provide proper service for the factory, including bonded and custom warehouses management
- Ensures new logistics processes are aligned to legal rules related to excise and customs law.
- Ensures that security procedures are adjusted to changed environment and provide adequate level of security in the Supply Chain.
- Develop the local infrastructure in order to meet the business expectations and to support the factory targets
- Ensures that regional and global standards are obeyed incl. security, insurance
- Manage the team in order to accomplish the tasks on time in full.
- Provide proper communication to all stakeholders and involved entities.
- Allocate proper resources according the needs and their qualifications.
- Create and track relevant measurement for team results, give constructive and on-going feedback.
- Ensures targets are met, due dates and quality standards
- To develop an environment which seeks continuous improvement, from ideas which come from not only within the department but the rest of the factory and other locations. Develop good working relationship with customers (internal& external).
- To manage 3PL and the budget in line with agreed KPIs and targets
- To ensure compliance to legal regulation especially in custom and excise area
- To cooperate with external supplier and stakeholders to ensure the processes and executed in an efficient way

**Experience required**:

- High level interpersonal skills.
- University degree (technical or economical)
- Project Management knowledge (Prince 2)
- Fluent in English Computer literacy: Excel, Power Point, MS Project. Knowledge of MES/LES processes within factories
- Knowledge of logistics processes within region
- Experience in working/negotiating with internal and external entities/customers
