In questo momento siamo alla ricerca di un **Strategy Lead**, **da inserire all’interno del nostro team Strategy.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sarai il punto di riferimento per il team strategy e ti occuperai di supervisionare i progetti assegnati.
- Supervisionerai il lavoro di risorse più junior in un'ottica di crescita professionale.
- Svilupperai idee e concetti strategici per raggiungere gli obiettivi di comunicazione dei clienti.
- Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i lead dei vari team di lavoro per organizzare al meglio i flussi di lavoro e le diverse attività.
- Lavorerai su strategie omnichannel per i clienti dell'agenzia e per i prospect in fase di gara.
- Ti occuperai della messa a terra delle strategie comunicative, in ottica di attivazioni multichannel, sia online che offline.
- Ti occuperai delle presentazioni ai clienti (sia acquisiti che potenziali), anche in lingua inglese.
- Sarai attento e aggiornato sui trend e le novità del settore.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Dai 4 ai 6 anni di esperienza in agenzie creative come Senior Strategist, Strategy Lead e in un ruolo similare.
- Sei attent all'insight creativo, ma hai sempre un occhio sui numeri.
- Hai un'ottima capacità di fare analisi approfondite del target, del contesto e della competitive e sai individuare gli insight socio-culturali attraverso tools dedicati e il social listening.
- Hai esperienza nella realizzazione di campagne social e digital.
- Hai una profonda conoscenza del mondo digital e una forte attenzione ai trend di questo settore
- Hai esperienza nella gestione di team di lavoro.
- Hai una profonda conoscenza del mondo digital e sei attent alle novità.
- Hai eccellenti capacità organizzative e di gestione di progetti complessi.
- Hai ottime capacità di espressione scritta e orale.
- Hai un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
- Sei abituat a lavorare in team
- Sai gestire le priorità e lavorare rispettando le deadline

**WHAT WE OFFER**
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato
- RAL compresa fra i 50K e i 55K
