- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Global AI & Digital Business Innovation Strategy Manager** to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the **Global Strategic Initiatives** Division.

**Mission**
- You will support the implementation of AI and digital innovation initiatives by contributing to the design and improvement of business models, monitoring project performance, and fostering a culture of innovation. This role focuses on operational support for digital portfolio management, KPI tracking, and assisting in the governance of the AI Factory for Business to drive measurable results.**Key Accountabilities**

**AI Business Design Support**:

- Assist in the development of new AI-driven services and enhancement of existing business models.
- Provide operational support in gathering data and insights to inform AI business strategies.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving business processes through AI.

**Innovation Management & Digital Portfolio Assistance**:

- Support the management of digital innovation projects within the AI portfolio.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on project KPIs such as ROI and P&L.
- Participate in promoting AI and digital innovation culture through workshops and training.

**AI Factory Governance Support**:

- Provide administrative and operational support for the governance activities of the AI Factory for Business.
- Help maintain project roadmaps and track progress toward strategic objectives.

**KPI Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Collect and organize data to support KPI monitoring and performance evaluation.
- Generate regular reports on project outcomes and provide basic analysis to guide decision-making.

**Collaboration & Stakeholder Support**:

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and alignment with strategic goals.
- Support communication and coordination with external partners and vendors as needed.

**Education**
- Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in AI, digital innovation, business strategy, or related fields.
- Familiarity with project management and data analysis.
- Ability to gather and analyze data to support project monitoring and reporting.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders across various functions.
