Il team Business Development si occupa proprio di curare e gestire i rapporti con i mediatori creditizi. **Lo stage nel team di Business Development è quindi un’ottima opportunità formativa** perché ti permetterà di:
- Iniziare a comprendere come si sviluppa una strategia di crescita dei volumi di affari e di come vengono strutturate le nuove partnership
- Analizzare l'impatto di tali strategie attraverso la stesura di report e lo studio dei dati
- Incontrare i nostri partner e quindi sviluppare la capacità di interagire con loro e aiutarli a servire al meglio i clienti
- Gestire il rapporto con i Team interni che collaborano allo sviluppo dei prodotti per i mediatori creditizi
- Aiutare a gestire eventuali campagne mirate alla crescita del canale.
**Requirements**:
La persona ideale possiede:
- Studi universitari (in corso o terminati) in discipline economiche;
- Curiosità intellettuale e forte orientamento all’apprendimento;
- Passione per l’innovazione e la tecnologia;
- Predisposizione al problem solving e capacità analitiche;
- Capacità di lavoro in team.
