Dispensa Emilia nasce nel 2004 a Modena, nel cuore della food valley, con l’obiettivo di coniugare il piacere della buona tavola Emiliana con un servizio attento e veloce.
La nostra offerta ha come protagonisti tigelle, gnocco fritto, primi piatti della tradizione e golose insalate arricchite con prodotti tipici del territorio: il tutto rigorosamente preparato e cucinato al momento per garantire ai nostri ospiti la massima esperienza di gusto, in un’atmosfera resa calda ed accogliente grazie alla professionalità delle persone del Nostro Team che giorno dopo giorno portano avanti i Valori dell’Azienda : VIVACITA’, SEMPLICITA' e FRANCHEZZA.
I Nostri Ristoranti sono oggi dislocati tra Emilia Romagna, Veneto, Lombardia e Toscana e abbiamo un importante piano di sviluppo che porterà nuove aperture nel corso dei prossimi mesi.

Il Manager Dispensa ama fortemente il lavoro di squadra, affianca i propri collaboratori nella loro crescita, gestisce il loro coordinamento per garantire il massimo dell'efficienza ed il miglior servizio possibile al cliente secondo lo stile della casa ed orientarli verso il raggiungimento degli obiettivi concordati.
**COSA FARAI?**
Sarai Responsabile del tuo Ristorante durante il tuo turno, avrai il compito di garantire un elevato standard di qualità del prodotto e di servizio, coordinando un team di circa 20 operatori.
Nello specifico:
- Gestirai e organizzerai l'attività di cucina e sala;
- Gestirai le attività amministrative - gestionali (ordini, chiusure fiscali e versamenti, inventari);
- Controllerai lo stato degli approvvigionamenti materie prime, predisponendo ordini e produzioni;
- Coordinerai il team attribuendo a ciascuno la propria postazione valorizzandone le competenze e predisponendo gli orari;
- Curerai in prima persona la selezione, la formazione e lo sviluppo del team degli operatori
