The role of HRIS Support Specialist is part of our Global HR organization. This position is responsible for day-to-day first level support of HR activities in Workday HCM, Learning, Talent, Recruit, and integrations.

**Tasks and Qualifications:**:**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor internal ticket system for service requests in the HR Systems queue
- Investigate and analyze user service requests and determine resolution or escalation actions needed
- Execute on service request inclusive of login support, security requests, organizational change requests, setup/configuration requirements, general how-to topics, and system behavior issues
- Manage requests for imports to manage mass updates to worker data records
- Assist in running reports as needed and requested by the business
- Review daily integration files from Workday to payroll system (UltiPro), reviewing and fixing errors, clarifying data issues with HR Partners, escalating payroll priorities, identifying trends for configuration change needs, assisting with testing, and
- Execute on end to end processes and modules and understand system interactions
- Document processes, identify HR concerns, and provide data analysis reports
- Serve as the HRIS system expert and primary point of contact for day-to-day support of business processes
- Maintenance and configuration of data, workflows, profiles, security, product enhancement testing, and system troubleshooting
- Support and automate where possible HR data integrations. Trouble shoot as needed
**What we are looking for**:
- 3-5 years’ experience in HR systems or help-desk background
- Experience and proficient in Workday as a core HR platform for Global Organization
- Ability to problem solve and make independent decisions abut support topic issues and balance competing priorities
- Ability to see beyond the task at hand to how it will affect a larger group or process
- Excellent customer service and ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and topics
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS analysis
