**Organization Overview**:
Pricing Reimbursement & Access plays a crucial role in Lilly’s mission to help more people get better, faster. We work to eliminate barriers to access and affordability, improving lives through Lilly medicines. **Responsibilities**:
The position of PRA Associate Director will:

- Develop pricing and market access strategies for the reimbursement of new product, both with the National Regulatory Agency (AIFA) and the regional payers.
- Act as therapeutic area expert by understanding the treatment pathways, clinical data package, PRA environmental trends & keep up to date to competitors’ data & market access situation.
- Prepares AIFA price and reimbursement dossiers, coordinating cross-functional work groups.
- Anticipate and navigate key external policy changes and trends (e.g. European HTA) to ensure future proofing of our early access strategies.
- Create & maintain network within key stakeholders involved in access in Italy (think thank and HTA), to provide the best way to optimize market access strategy for Lilly’s new products
- Adapt of HTA models to support the economic value of the Lilly products in the portfolio.
- Develop early payer value proposition and drive market access strategy.
- Effectively contribute to dive projects and international Advisory Boards for optimizing access strategy for early development stage products.
- Work with regional team to understand subnational payer’s needs, guidelines impacting our access, opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Payer needs in order to identify and anticipate future payer needs, constraints and requirements that impact the therapeutic area.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of market access strategies with broader organizational objectives.
- Actively participate to affiliates Customer Counsel (CC) preparations and reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Degree - MD/MSc/MBA preferred;
- Primary language: italian (native speaker)
- Excellent English proficiency (C1)
- Managing complex projects
- Analytic skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally;
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills;
- Confidence and willingness to take on new challenges and manage multiple projects;
- Strong desire to find creative solutions to challenging situations;

**Additional Skills/Preferences**:

- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and significant experience in market access/commercial/medical area of a pharma company;
- National PRA, Regional Market Access, Health Economics knowledge and HTA and economic modeling skills as preferred;
- Understanding of payer environment;
- Business acumen;
- Strategic thinking;

**Additional Information**:

- Travel percentage: up to 30%
