**Who we are looking for?**

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach to join our team. As the Scrum Master, you will be filling the Scrum Master role for some projects, but also coaching our software development teams. You will create and oversee the scrum trainings, ensuring that the scrum framework is followed, and a high-quality scrum process is enabled. You should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artefacts and techniques. You'll also need the ability to coordinate people and projects, occasionally facilitating changes, with your mind set on deliverables. If you're a strong communicator, a capable leader, and invested in Agile frameworks, we'd like to meet you.

**Responsibilities**
- Champion Agile values and practices, educating and guiding teams and stakeholders
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective meetings for sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Mentor team members, product owners, and stakeholders on Agile practices, fostering self-organization and accountability
- Ensure consistent adherence to the Scrum framework, identify and address process impediments
- Proactively identify and resolve obstacles, collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risks
- Track team progress, sprint velocity, and communicate relevant metrics to stakeholders
- Foster transparency, facilitate effective communication channels within and across teams
- Encourage experimentation, learning, and the adoption of Agile engineering practices to drive product quality and innovation
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of Agile methodologies, industry best practices, and emerging trends to bring new ideas and approaches to the team

**Role & Career requirements**
- Scrum Master Certification - CSM, PMP or additional related certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile Software development Environments
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT full development life cycle
- Solid understanding of Agile principles, values, and the Scrum framework
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to adapt, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Agile project management tools/software is a plus
