**FINETUNING PRODOTTO/SERVIZIO**
- declinazione di Value Proposition e marketing deck per tutti i canali, enfatizzandone la capacità di creazione di valore sostenibile.
- attività di monitoraggio newsletter/forums/socials su tematiche specifiche legate a sostenibilità e ESG.

**FINETUNING PROCESSO OFFERTA**
- definizione della nuova offerta, da articolare in 4 fasi: Value proposition - Sales Offer - Offerta Tecnico Economica - Contratto.

Per ognuna delle fasi saranno cruciali sia l’aspetto strategico che l’aspetto operativo, con la creazione di un pacchetto di supporto atto a massimizzare efficacia e velocità dell’azione commerciale.

**INTERNAZIONALIZZAZIONE**
- redazione di tali piani e relativi materiali necessari all’avanzamento del progetto.
