**Food, Drinks & Ingridients Procurement Category Manager** da inserire all'interno del dipartimento Procurement per supportare il team di
**Products and Materials Procurement **nelle attività di gestione e sviluppo della cateogria di acquisto assegnata, sviluppando ed applicando tools e metodologie di category management garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di budget assegnato, ottimizzando il panel fornitori, e collaborando con i principali stakeholders interni nel contesto di nuovi sviluppi e mantenimento del prodotto in esercizio
**.**
**Responsabilità**:
- Garantire la gestione della categorie di prodotto attraverso l'applicazione delle metodologie di category management- Gestione del budget di categoria con raggiungimento degli obiettivi di cost reduction / negotiation assegnati- Gestione del vendor panel attraverso attività di scouting e analisi di razionalizzazione del panel attivo- Sviluppo nuovi prodotti (NPD) attraverso attività di sourcing e technical review- Gestione dei contratti di fornitura e negoziazione economica e dei principali termini di fornitura- Gestione delle attività inerenti al parco fornitori in esercizio nei casi di non-conformità prodotto e/o ritardi di fornitura
**Requisiti**:
- Preferibilmente laurea in Ingegneria o Economia- Esperienza di almeno 2 - 4 anni in mansione analoga- Ottima conoscenza delle metologie e tools delle logiche di category management- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese- Gradita conoscenza dell'acquisto di materie prime alimentari/agricole
