**Kids&Us Roma Montesacro** sta cercando un Coordinatore della Scuola

**Abbiamo bisogno di una persona che**:

- Sia responsabile, organizzata, dinamica, comunicativa, flessibile ed efficiente.
- Abbia eccezionali abilità nella pianificazione.
- Abbia esperienza ed affinità con i bambini.
- Parli sia l’inglese che l’italiano a livello C1 o C2.

**Inoltre sarà richiesto**:

- residenza municipio III Roma (preferenziale).
- di saper accogliere i nostri studenti e i loro genitori con un caloroso e amichevole benvenuto.

**Compiti principali**:

- Organizzare lo staff e la struttura della scuola (gruppi, orari, calendari)
- Selezionare, coordinare, monitorare, guidare ed aiutare gli insegnanti a svilupparsi all’interno del team secondo la metodologia Kids & Us.
- Organizzare e coordinare le attività della scuola, organizzare eventi
- Selezionare e formare il personale.
- Monitorare l’andamento degli studenti (progressi, presenze, voti, relazioni, incontri con i genitori...) conducendo valutazioni alla fine di ogni trimestre/storia.
- Correggere le pagelle trimestrali.
- Saper utilizzare il pacchetto office, casella postale, browser Internet e diverse piattaforme.
