For our client, a multinational company leader in its sector, we are searching for a:
**PLANT EHS MANAGER**

He/she manage the company's aspects related to safety, environment, and quality management systems, complying with mandatory regulations and rules of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Draft and disseminate the Internal Emergency Plan
- Prepare and update the general H&S risk assessment document
- Manage the H&S risks present in the company
- Implement and supervise all measures for fire prevention and firefighting
- Manage health surveillance in coordination with the Occupational Health Physician
- Identify training needs in the safety field
- Organize safety meetings with the employer, the medical staff, and production
- Manage subcontracting contracts and interference risks (DUVRI)
- Manage the annual budget for safety, environment, and quality
- Manage the documentation related to the environmental-quality-safety system required by the company’s standards (procedures, operational instructions, forms, attachments)
- Conduct internal audits if necessary
- Prepare and conduct Management Review
- Organize environmental training sessions
- Prepare environmental analysis
- Ensure the maintenance of Quality Certification.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- 7 or more years of progressive experience in H&S
- Master’s degree in Engineering
- Demonstrated leadership, project management and organizational skills
- Experience in a multinational company is preferred
- Availability to travel (up to 15% of working time)
- Fluency in English (written and oral).
