The Integrated Portfolio Manager will join the Integrated Portfolio Team. The team is part of our PBU (global product business unit, accounting for 3.000 people) and is acting as a transversal unit to product teams, focusing on facilitating portfolio consolidation and allowing us to focus on a smaller number of high-quality items.

The team main tasks are:

- Identify opportunities for portfolio consolidation
- “Help” reduce the Technological & Management variance
- Build effective cross-product roadmap and business planning
- Support Enablement & Product Launch for in-scope products
- Collaborate to strategic partnerships success

The Integrated Portfolio Manager works in tight collaboration with team members.

He/She will also be in touch with product teams to gather relevant information and identify any road-blockers or further opportunities.

He/she will contribute to market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs.

The position will have a global reach, working with stakeholders from different product teams and regions.

What will you do?
- Support global strategic cross domain partnerships.
- Look for opportunities of collaborative reuse.
- Look for growth opportunities and hacking strategies.
- Support product management on selected NPIs (new product introduction) and cross domain portfolio life-cycle.
- Support sales enablement process with Regions.
- Business follow-up
- Follow-up, with sales and BU management, business generated on selected areas.
- Analyze results, trends and propose reinforcement, improvement, or corrective actions.
- Continuous interaction with CTO office to ensure technological excellence.
- Build and cross-contaminate corporate culture, leverage on experience and best practices.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills**:

- University Degree in a relevant scientific field and/or University degree in Business Administration
- Fluent English is a must.
- Cross national business planning skills.
- Experience working for a global, highly matrixed company in a scientific, life sciences, or similar industry.
- Strong results-oriented approach; the ability to create a vision of a product, translate it into strategy and value-driven roadmap.
- Be a great listener and open-minded to others’ ideas with a contagious, positive attitude.
- Highly developed customer sensibility: ability to recognize growth opportunities and execute on them.
- Experience and demonstrated aptitude both managing and prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives.
- Experience in interacting with third parties and global partners.
- Drive for results and an ability to work within a diverse, cross-functional team across multiple sites

- Willing and able to travel internationally.
- Location: ITALY office / remote.
