Il Gruppo Carlo Ratti Associati è alla ricerca di un Legal Specialist che riporti direttamente al CEO di gruppo e che abbia contatti diretti con l’intero management del gruppo e con consulenti esterni. Il Gruppo Carlo Ratti Associati consta ad oggi di alcune start-up attive nel campo della robotica e dell’innovazione e di uno studio di design e progettazione architettonica altamente innovativo. L’ambiente di lavoro si presenta dinamico ed in continua espansione.
**Posizione**:
- Presterà consulenza e assistenza legale in merito ai rapporti commerciali con clienti e fornitori nazionali ed internazionali;
- si occuperà della redazione e negoziazione di contratti, con relativa gestione delle peculiarità giuridiche ad esse correlate;
- presterà supporto alle diverse aree aziendali con pareri e opinioni per tutto ciò che concerne aspetti legali connessi al business ed in parte ad attività degli amministratori;
- si avvarrà di consulenti esterni per il coordinamento di attività specifiche;
- studierà le strategia da presentare al management per migliorare le prestazioni aziendali nel rispetto della normativa applicabile;
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza
- Esperienza di almeno 1/2 anni maturata presso studi professionali, uffici legali o contesti aziendali strutturati
- Conoscenza approfondita delle normative di settore e significativa esperienza in redazione di contratti commerciali nazionali e internazionali
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici
