**Job Overview**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Sampling Management**:
- Physically manage product samples for customer deliveries, from retrieving materials to shipping preparation.- If stock is unavailable, retrieve product from partial stock warehouses (using drum lifters, sample extractors, etc.).- Prepare requested quantities in bottles, assemble boxes, and pack materials (using tape, bags, vermiculite, packing chips).-
- Monitor inventory of bottles, jerry cans, and boxes to ensure availability.- Assist forklift operator in storing newly arrived materials on designated shelves.- Refill the laboratory’s mini stock of packaging materials (e.g., in the sampling area).- Dispose of expired product containers (jerry cans).- Check and collect samples intended for the central sampling center, retrieving them from departments if not properly delivered.- Clean and maintain the sampling workstation and other areas when time permits.

**2. Laboratory Glassware Washing**:
- Clean all lab glassware and containers used for incoming production samples.- Wash bottles and FITO cylinders using designated tanks and procedures.

**3. Laboratory Waste Management**:
- Empty laboratory waste buckets into designated drums located in the warm chambers for proper disposal.

**4. Office Supplies and PPE Warehouse Management**:
- Receive and organize incoming materials (stationery, PPE) on appropriate storage shelves.- Distribute items to departments at scheduled times.

**5. Water Analysis**:
- Perform water quality testing using dedicated test kits, following internal procedures.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Technical diploma (preferably in chemistry, logistics, or related fields).

**Skills & Competencies**:
- Good manual dexterity and precision.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.- Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) practices in industrial settings.- Experience using handling equipment (e.g., drum lifters, sample tools) is a plus.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Forklift license is a plus (not mandatory).
