Lead Parts Services Specialist

As Lead Service Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts. You will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You’ll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.

As a Lead Service Specialist - Parts Services, you will be responsible for:

- Owning all the parts/materials operations relevant to Upgrades P&L.
- Delivering the customer service level across project functions (Eng, Planning,Project Management, Quality, Finance).
- Being the primary interface with project management
- Being responsible to drive the achievement of the financial targets of the projects from an execution stand point, from BOM generation to shipment arrangement.
- Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's Degree (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
- Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Parts Services.
