TXT Novigo, a company belonging to the Fintech branch of the TXT Group, leader in IT services for the financial market, is looking for a Business Analyst in the Banking - Finance sector. The person will work for our customers in the banking / financial sector, with the support of an internal team, with the aim of interacting with the business and IT functions of both the customer and Novigo. **What you'll do**: - Support our teams in planning and orchestrating Client Transformation Programs that may impact business models, operating models and may require new or improved technologies; - Acting as a link between the Client and the teams involved in the development of technical solutions, using advanced communication skills to analyze, document and validate the Client's requirements; - Gain knowledge of the businesses supported by TXT Novigo to translate requirements into functional specifications; - Coordinate and support requirements implementation activities; - Actively manage the definition and formalization of use cases and test scenarios and support the User Acceptance Test/Business Test; - Participation in the drafting of proposals, feasibility studies and development of new business opportunities. **Skills you possess**: - Good knowledge of the main processes in the banking-financial sector or experience of at least 1/2 years in the role; - Basic knowledge of the main technologies in the Digital field; - Knowledge of development and analysis methodologies; - Knowledge of leasing products, loans and assignment of the fifth; - Teamwork orientation; **What we offer**: - Internationality: we offer an insertion in an international context, where the language of the group is English; - Own products: you can work on projects that are always different and with customized products for both external and internal customers; - Flexible working environment: we have flexible working hours and support smart working where possible; - Training: constant high-level training; **Required degree**: Degree in STEM disciplines.
