**Posizione**:
**For our headquarter in Naples we are looking for a Sales & Programs Officer to join the development Programs Management Office (PMO) in a growing and highly challenging environment.** **Previous experience in the management of new development programs is highly desired.**

The development PMO supports the Program Manager to manage and control the Program, oversee its activities, performances and progress. Visibility reports with specific indicators (KPI, Key Performance Indicators) are prepared to allow the Program Manager to manage and control the Program, take decision and launch actions. The final scope is to satisfy the Customer, meeting the expected performance levels (on time, on quality) and the internal program profitability expected levels.

**Main Activities**

Interface with Customer

- Weekly reports preparation: KPI visibility
- Weekly Program call and status preparation
- Monthly Program Review
- Daily monitoring of open actions and main issues/risks
- Follow-up and monitoring of identified improvement actions
- Program status preparation for the upper management

**Requisiti**:
**Requirements**:
**Hard Skills**

- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, aeronautical or mechanical is preferred
- Knowledge of Project/Program (PBS, OBS, CBS, WBS, etc.) and Risk Management techniques and methods are preferred
- Knowledge of Economics (MdC, EBITDA, EBIT etc.) is preferred
- Knowledge and use of MS-Office software (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, etc)

**Soft Skills**

- Leadership and organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Available to travel abroad Italy
