In this role and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will provide support to the Drives Sales team by working closely with the service team on Drives and PLC replacement and repair activities. **This position reports to**: Marketing & Sales Manager **Your responsibilities**: - Deliver effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue. - Monitor the status of orders. - Ensure that inquiries are resolved and provide assistance in any necessary escalation. - Ensure a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification. - Observe the overall process and trends across inquiries and identify improvement areas, contribute to "Product Continuous Improvement". - Coordinate repair scheduling, support logistics operations for spare parts. - Knowledge of spare parts order management and follow-up procedures. - Perform diagnostic, trouble shooting, function test processes. - Process audit reports with evaluation of results. **Your background**: - Technical Diploma in Electronic/Electrotechnical field. - Knowledge of electrical measurements (voltage, current, temperature, resistance, efficiency, insulation, ohmic,..). - Knowledge of electrical drawings is considered a plus. - Knowledge of Office tools. - Good knowledge of English. - An agile and proactive approach with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues. **More about us**:
