Electronics Service Specialist

What you will do

The Electronic Service Specialist is responsible to follow electronic developments on the product, collaborating with E&E to monitor service issues (i.e. errors from display, Service App, Autotest, Service Mode) and guaranteeing correct serviceability on the product new electronic developments that can help the service (dynamic self-test, repair process). He/She will manage the programming benches, making it compatible for new products and in maintenance/updating. He/She will be responsible of the compatibility between the electronic boards/software versions/eeprom for service management.

In particular:

- Collaborate with E&E to improve serviceability and electronic management;
- Attend meeting NPI projects when impact the electronic behavior;
- Manage all the service benches as improvement and maintenance/Update;
- Find Opportunities to improve serviceability linked to Electronics;
- Support the electronic management on service (spare part/software replacement);
- Extract from electronic specs the main information for training course/technical bulletin;
- Analyze Technical Pex for electronic issue to find actions to reduce it;
- Availability to visit customer for support electronic issue directly on the field;
- Build a continuous contact with service electronics supplier for management of service issue;
- Develop solution for alternative spare parts when the original parts is not available;

What you need to succeed

Must have: Knowledge of electronic developments on the product, Experience in E&E department.

Nice to have: Sufficient Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Education: Technical (Electrical/Electronic) Diploma

Seniority: 1/3 years

Languages: English language full proficiency

Soft skills: Strong attention to details and structured way of working, Good capability to work inside multicultural team and interface with other people, Good communication capability, Good analytical skills.
