Total Rewards & HRIS Intern

We are looking for a **Total Rewards & HRIS Intern**to join the HR Team in our Food Business Unit based in Milan.

- This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment, supporting the Total Reward & HRIS Manager across a range of key areas that impact our workforce worldwide.
- How your agenda looks like:
**Total Rewards**: Assist with various aspects of our global compensation and benefits programs, including bonus systems, salary processes, benefits administration, and job evaluation.

**Budget Management**: Support in the management of budgets & labor costs.

**HR Information Systems (HRIS)**: Implementation, reporting, and data quality management of our HRIS, specifically SuccessFactors. This involves working with processes and systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity and dashboards development.

**Reporting & Data Quality**: Develop and maintain HR reports related to the main HR KPI’s and metrics, ensuring high standards of data quality and accuracy across all HR systems.

**Global Support**: Act as a guide and support for our international countries, helping them navigate Total Reward processes and systems.
- Your team:

- You will report directly to the Total Reward & HRIS Manager of Food Business Unit.
- What makes you a great fit:

- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Highly Analytical: You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excel Proficiency: An advanced command of Microsoft Excel is essential, including the ability to create spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Your precision and accuracy are paramount in managing critical HR data and processes.
- Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
- Spanish (Nice to Have): Fluency in Spanish would be a significant advantage, given our global presence.
- Proactive & Eager to Learn: You're a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a global HR team.
