**Buyer - Chemical Raw Materials**

Per conto del nostro cliente, realtà multinazionale operante nel settore chimico, siamo alla ricerca di un Buyer per ampliamento del team di Procurement.

Il Buyer supporta il Category Manager nella gestione del processo di approvvigionamento delle materie prime, in coordinamento con le altre funzioni aziendali.

L'obiettivo del ruolo è garantire la disponibilità delle materie prime per gli stabilimenti produttivi, nel rispetto delle tempistiche richieste, assicurando così la continuità del processo produttivo.

**Responsabilità**:

- Pianificazione degli acquisti, con focus su attività di scouting, negoziazione commerciale e costante ottimizzazione delle condizioni di fornitura.
- Ricerca e valutazione di nuovi potenziali fornitori a livello globale.
- Gestione operativa del processo d'acquisto, inclusa la corretta manutenzione e aggiornamento dei dati all'interno del sistema gestionale aziendale.
- Elaborazione di report e presentazioni a supporto delle funzioni aziendali coinvolte.
- Analisi quotidiana delle richieste di acquisto (RDA) provenienti dai responsabili di funzione.
- Conversione delle RDA in ordini di acquisto (ODA) e invio ai fornitori.
- Gestione delle conferme d'ordine, incluse ricezione e aggiornamento.
- Monitoraggio costante degli ordini e sollecito ai fornitori, con produzione di reportistica dedicata.

**Requisiti fondamentali**:

- 2-5 anni di esperienza negli acquisti diretti.
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, ed in particolare Excel.
- Fluente conoscenza dell'inglese.
