Stiamo selezionando una risorsa per il ruolo di **STORE SALES MANAGER** (telecomunicazioni)**e _siamo alla ricerca di risorse ambiziose, intraprendenti e con spirito di iniziativa, per una prestigiosa Azienda del settore Telecomunicazioni._

La risorsa si occuperà della gestione del team e del corner shop in galleria di uno dei più importanti brand nazionali. In qualità di leader, avrai modo di ispirare il team, creando un clima di fiducia e collaborazione tra tutti i componenti della squadra, motivando il gruppo a lavorare insieme per obiettivi.

**Attività previste**:

- Gestire il team di vendita
- Affiancare il team nelle attiività quotidiane
- Affiancare le nuove risorse durante la formazione
- Motivare il team verso il raggiungimento dei target di vendita assegnati
- Creare armonia e coesione tra tutti i componenti della squadra

**Requisiti**:

- **Esperienza nel ruolo di Addetto/a vendite nel settore telefonia e telecomunicazioni**:

- Ottime capacità relazionali
- Ottime capacità organizzative
- Orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi
- Problem-solving
