International Group investing in Research & Development related to the design and manufacture of food-refrigeration systems is recruiting an

ELECTRONIC and ELECTRIC TEAM MANAGER

**Location**: Mantova / Mantua

RIF. C-1285

Role

Reporting to the Director of the R&D Center, the appointee will

Manage, develop and support an engineering team of electronic and electrical Design Engineers

Ensure continuous team training

Plan and monitor the team’s activities

Be available to help problem-solve design and development issues

Manage a budget for each design and development project

Interact with other engineering teams of different disciplines for New Product Development

Liaise with colleagues abroad

Review and approve technical documentation such as wiring diagrams, functional models

Take part in regular R&D management meetings to review projects

Take part in periodic training and meetings at international / European level

University degree-holder in Electronic / Mechantronic Engineering, IT or similar

Good spoken and written English

3+ years experience in a managerial role within a comparable context such as the thermo-dynamics sector, automated machinery sector, automotive / power-train sector

Proven team-leading and decision-making skills; able to delegate

Practical hands-on approach; well-organized with good planning skills

Analytical mindset; able to play an active role in projects

Able to communicate with different departments

Experience in system design (automated machinery, electronic systems, control systems)

Knowledge of C, C++ and uprocessor coding

Able to read wiring diagrams; able to use diagnostic tools

Knowledge of CANBus

Knowledge of monitoring systems, cloud data sharing, telematics

Knowledge of regulations regarding EMC and electric safety
