At MCC, we’re looking for a driven **Junior Functional Analyst** to join our growing international Dynamics 365 team. You’ll get hands-on experience with one of the most modern ERP platforms on the market and grow into a trusted business technology expert.
**Your Role**
As part of a dynamic, supportive team, you’ll work closely with both business and IT colleagues across countries. Your mission? Help translate business needs into effective solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
You will:
- Collaborate with departments like finance, operations, and supply chain to understand their workflows and challenges.
- Translate business needs into system requirements and configurations.
- Help configure, test, and support solutions within Dynamics 365 - with guidance from senior consultants.
- Assist in international roll-outs and support users during go-live phases.
- Provide training and create clear user documentation.
- Stay up to date on the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates.
**What You Bring**
We’re not looking for someone with 10 years of experience - we’re looking for **high potential**. Someone who’s curious, sharp, and ready to grow. Does this sound like you?
- You hold a Master’s degree in IT, Business Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- You have strong analytical skills and love solving problems.
- You enjoy working with both technical teams and business users.
- You are eager to learn about ERP systems and digital transformation.
- Any experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems is a plus, but not required.
- You are hands-on, proactive, and motivated by quality.
- You speak fluent English; additional languages are a bonus.
