**Palazzo Montemartini, a Radisson Collection Hotel, è alla ricerca di un/una Shift Leader.**
**Responsabilità principali**:
- Monitorare le operazioni quotidiane garantendo standard elevati di qualità e sicurezza
- Supportare il management nella gestione operativa e nella risoluzione tempestiva di eventuali criticità
- Promuovere un ambiente di lavoro positivo, collaborativo e motivante
- Formare, guidare e supervisionare il personale durante i turni
- Assicurare la piena soddisfazione degli ospiti in ogni fase del loro soggiorno
**Requisiti**:
- Pregressa esperienza in ruoli di leadership all’interno del settore alberghiero di lusso
- Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di problem solving
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus
- Forte attenzione alla gestione della guest experience
