**Who we are**
BNP Paribas, through its Securities Services Business line, is the biggest depositary bank in Italy. It offers securities depository and custody services and also administrative services, and operates throughout the investment cycle providing post-trading solutions to institutional investors, financial intermediaries and issuers. The Italian BNP Paribas Securities Services business line has EUR 812 billion in custody, EUR 148 billion of administered assets, over 20 million of processed transactions, 550 managed funds and over 500 people. The Bank is present in 34 countries all over the world and it offers a global coverage in 100 markets and solutions for all types of financial products.
**Business Overview of BNP Paribas Securities Services - Transfer Agent - UCITS Accountant**
**Primary Responsibilities and related actions**
- Analyses Funds Regulation
- Check Funds set up
- Check insert/update of static data’s clients
- Check import and control of data received by flow
- Check reconciliation of Funds’ transitory accounts
- Management of rejected payments and provide the new payments
- Management of physical certificates
- Check insert manual orders (subscriptions or redemptions)
- Check transfers for inheritance or participants change
- Check tax calculation for fiscal relevant events
- Check and support for the production of AUI and tax register reporting
- Check and support for the management of Reporting Production (Prisma, Fatca/CRS, AIFMD)
- Support to distributors and SGR in the various daily requests and reports production
- Check sending flows to Depository Bank to perform payments to final clients and shares issue
- management of communication towards Fund Accounting team
- Check corporate events (distribution/liquidation)
- Management of communications to the final clients
- SLA definition in cooperation with Business Implementation
- Support to the analysts for new developments
