The Technical Communication Specialist will support the Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control Engineering (EICE) team in adopting best practices in digital communication techniques and strategies to enhance team branding and facilitate the sharing of technical information both internally and across other functions.

As the Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls Engineering (EICE) team, we provide high-value, best-in-class solutions to our customers, with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and execution excellence in support of the clean energy transition.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the distribution and accessibility of technical standards across the organization.
- Ensuring alignment and consistency in messaging related to Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls technology growth and innovation initiatives.
- Contributing to mapping team competencies and planning development paths.
- Collaborating with technical experts to transform inputs into structured learning content.
- Helping coordinate supplier engagement activities for technical knowledge exchange.
- Supporting internal branding efforts to promote team capabilities and achievements.
- Assisting in organizing internal events such as open talks, all-hands meetings, and technical sessions.
- Contributing to the creation and distribution of the team newsletter.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Master’s degree in a technical discipline and/or core communication field with a strong focus on digital methodologies (e.g., Digital Humanities, Technical Communication, or a related area).
- Considerable years of professional experience in a technical, digital or communication-related role.
- Experience in social media management and web content creation iideally
- Familiarity with data management and analysis tools.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
