Job Description Summary:
Our business is continuously growing and expanding and our Administration, Finance, Planning & Control department is looking for a Structured Finance Manager willing to be challenged every day in a fast-growing and international environment.
**Job Description**:
Key responsibilities:
- Arrange, negotiate and execute financials agreements;
- Update and manage the banking model including financial returns alternatives analysis;
- Prepare the tender and the Financial Info Memo;
- Analyze the hedging;
- Relationship with the Financial Institutions;
- Deal with model implementation;
- Support in Loan administration;
- Negotiate PPAs and contracts relating to Construction, O&M, M&A and Business Development;
Key requirements:
- Fluent in English;
- University Degree in Economics or Engineering;
- 3-5 years of experience (a previous experience in the renewable energy industry will be considered as a plus);
- Appropriate skills to negotiate and deal with people is required;
- Proactive, accurate and cooperative approach;
- Problem solving and creative mindset;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
