Per azienda specializzata nella progettazione e produzione di rubinetteria e accessori per l'arredo bagno di alta gamma, stiamo selezionando uno Specialista del Supporto Clienti con una buona conoscenza técnica di settore.
**Posizione**:
Cerchiamo una persona brillante, disponibile all'ascolto e con ottime doti relazionali.
Il/la Candidat* si occuperà di:
- Gestire le problematiche del cliente attraverso la diagnosi del problema;
- Documentare le interazioni con i clienti e i problemi tecnici;
- Collaborare con altri team per segnalare e risolvere problemi complessi;
- Assistere nella creazione di documentazione di supporto e FAQ.
- Preparare e presentare report alla direzione.
**Requisiti**:
Si richiede:
- buona conoscenza dell'inglese (scritto e parlato);
- gradita provenienza dal settore rubinetteria o arredo;
- ottime doti comunicative e relazionali;
- buona capacità di ascolto e propensione al problem solving.
