Technical Buyer

Augier requires an energetic Technical Buyer with procurement experience and interest to join its French Procurement team.

**Role Description**

**Key Responsabilities and activities**
- Sourcing technical products and equipment that meet the needs of the organization
- Conducting market research to identify potential supplier and evaluating their capabilities and offering
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable to the organization
- Managing supplier relationships and monitoring performance to ensure that quality, delivery, and pricing requirements are met
- Analyzing technical specifications and requirements to ensure that products and services meet the needs of the organization.
- Coordinating with internal teams, such as engineering and operations, to ensure that technical products and services are integrated into the organization's processes and systems.
- Ensuring that all purchasing activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring that supplies are available when needed.

**Qualifications**
- MS degree in a technical field or business
- French, English, Italian
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with a focus on technical products and services
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements
