SIDEL is embarking on an S/4HANA roadmap aimed at transforming current systems supporting Finance and Operations, consolidating them into a single S/4HANA instance. To facilitate this transformation, SIDEL Supply Chain is reinforcing Digital Transformation organization that will pool S/4HANA business experts to support the transformation of the entire group. As a SAP Supply Chain and Manufacturing Lead, you will be a key member of Digital Transformation & Technology of Supply Chain, reporting to the DT&T Supply Chain Business partner. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing and testing S/4HANA solutions for our S/4HANA - PP (Production Planning) / QM (Quality Management) and SAP PEO (Production Engineering Operations) processes at the plant level. You will also ensure the proper deployment, stabilization, adoption, and evolution of S/4HANA best practice solutions that will be deployed by SAP COE - Centre of Excellence in India in the coming months to define a common solution for all plants in SIDEL

**Your Mission**:

- Act as SIDEL DIGITAL domain lead, part of the project team that will follow the S/4HANA implementation roadmap across different plants.
- Coordinate COE activities to deploy S/4HANA solution according to best practices providing the functional requirements to improve the current SAP ECC solution and the new S/4HANA implementation to COE.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and test cases for functionalities in your area.
- Configure, test, and document solutions in accordance with best practices and standards.
- Provide end-user support and training on functionalities and processes.
- Identify and resolve issues and gaps in Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes and system performance.
- Coordinate and to support the selection of different suppliers (system integrator) and SIDEL implementation partners in the delivery of S/4HANA and SAP ECC projects/enhancements.
- Support SAP user administration by reviewing SAP roles and profiles.
- Work closely with other SAP modules to ensure the integration and alignment of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain & Manufacturing processes with Sales, Engineering, and Finance.
- Stay abreast of the latest SAP capabilities and innovations and propose improvements and enhancements to our SAP system.

**Your Profile**:
Education & Languages:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English

Professional Skills & Experience:

- At least 5+ years of experience in leading SAP Supply Chain and Manufacturing project implementations in a multi-country organization, liaising with key users and process owners.
- Strong knowledge of processes and functionalities such as Supply Chain and Manufacturing organization structure, planning, scheduling discrete manufacturing, lean manufacturing, and production execution using SAP PEO.
- Previous experience implementing SAP PP solutions for industrial equipment customers is a plus.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA Activate methodology and S/4HANA Private Cloud Best Practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
