**Per l’Azienda PUBLIACQUA SPA, ricerchiamo un/una**:
MASTER DATA ASSISTANT

La Risorsa selezionata si occuperà di gestire attività di aggiornamento data base e gestione richieste di prestazione da parte degli utenti da inserire all’interno della propria struttura di Customer Care.

**La risorsa individuata si occuperà di**:

- Gestire l’aggiornamento data base utenza, effettuando le attività richieste sia in maniera puntale che massiva;
- Monitorarel’andamento dei processi ai fini del conseguimento degli obiettivi degli standard di servizio;
- Attività di reportistica ed analisi per verificare la coerenza dei dati presenti nel data base;
- Gestire leattività giornaliera delle richieste di prestazioni da parte degli utenti che pervengono da canali scritti, nel rispetto delle tempistiche richieste;
- Analisi dei dati provenienti Dalle Pubbliche Amministrazioni (Anagrafi Comunali) e loro confronto con i dati presenti su nostro data base, ai fini del periodico aggiornamento CNF previsto da Ait.
- Ottime capacità di analisi dati economico-statistici, pianificazione e organizzazione del proprio lavoro
- Esperienza nella relazione con il cliente e comunque buone capacità relazionali
- Capacità di problem solving
- Forte propensione a lavorare in gruppo
- Propensione al cambiamento e all’innovazione digitale

**Requisiti minimi**:

- Laurea in Statistica, in alternativa Laurea in Economia
- Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel ed Access
- Buona conoscenza lingua inglese

**Requisiti Preferenziali**:

- Esperienza in attività lavorative nelle Utilities
- Conoscenza SAP

**Condizioni contrattuali**:
**Orario di Lavoro**:
38,5 ore settimanali

**Sede di lavoro**:
Prato.
Trattamento giuridico ed economico corrispondente al 3° livello previsto dal CCNL Gas - Acqua vigente.
È previsto inserimento con contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione della durata iniziale di 6 mesi + 6 mesi e finalizzato all’assunzione diretta in Azienda.
