Responsible for activities and processes that help the Sales organization to achieve business objectives, working in close connection with Sales team and relevant functions.
As a Gas Technology Services Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Operating rhythms: coordinate and support the preparation of the weekly regional and subregional QMIs for updates on orders and convertible pipeline, quarterly reviews and any ad hoc reviews
- Being the focal point in the preparation of the quarterly/yearly planning events and cases submission, pulling together all relevant data to explain the trends and project the business in the future
- Being pivotal in the quarterly and yearly convertibility bridging among the Sales team, OTR, S&OP team and relevant functions to match the yearly plan
- Supporting the quarterly demand reviews, deep diving on each single opportunity together with the Sales team as needed for convertibility ensuring that these are properly captured in the demand planning
- Owning the fleet mapping, its entitlement and penetration
- Driving operating rigor, collaborating with the Sales team and ensuring that relevant systems are at any time updated with the latest info and consistent with latest estimations and business projections
- Ensuring the targets are assigned to the Sales team and recorded in the relevant systems; track progress of the results along the year providing the Sales team with the necessary reports to monitor the performances
