Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Corporate & Internal Communication Department, based in Milan.
The internship position will cover an active role within the department and will liaise with different Company’s departments and areas. The intern will actively support the communication areas related to national and international Corporate Affairs, Ethics, Educational, Sustainability topics and the Internal Communication.
**Key Accountabilities**:
Support in maaging of the daily internale corporate press coverage and periodic press reviews based on specifc business and financial topics.
Support in creation of reports and corporate presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
International press monitoring
Contributing to drafting communication activity decks, corporate statements, ethics and sustainability-related messages.
Supporting the team on development of seasonal communication projects and related press office activities, in synergy with the PRs network.
Maintaining updated the Company’s projects calendars and the internal communication’s timeline.
Supporting and monitoring of process in the production of assets, press releases and specific texts for the internal communication platforms
Support in preparing briefing packages for external speaking opportunities of Top Executives of the Company (interviews, speeches, conversations, round tables, summits).
Support in managing subscriptions to national and international magazines liaising with the PR network.
Ensuring all corporate folders are regularly updated.
Support in coordinating administrative support & budget monitoring.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree in Communication
Interest in the corporate-financial-institutional sector of luxury brands and fashion groups
Fluent in English and Italian
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point
Previous experience in the corporate communication field and/or press office is a plus
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, precise and detail oriented
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal skills
