We are seeking a motivated **Financial Controller** to join our organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to develop their career in hospitality controlling, with a focus on inventory management, financial controls, and performance monitoring.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the management of Food & Beverage inventory processes, including assisting with regular audits, maintaining inventory records, and helping identify discrepancies.
- Monitor operational inventory systems to ensure accurate stock counts and support the implementation of inventory control procedures.
- Assist in tracking and reporting company KPIs, gathering data from various departments, and preparing regular performance reports.
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis, working closely with department supervisors to ensure accurate financial records.
- Help maintain internal control procedures and participate in process improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles
- Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn industry-specific software
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Fluency in both **Italian and English** (written and spoken)
- Right to live and work in Italy without visa sponsorship.

**Preferred**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or F&B operations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Familiarity with **Business Central Microsoft**:

- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
