Quality Documentation Specialist

In this role you will support our Quality team in maintaining and improving quality documentation and product certification documents. In addition, you will be preparing, maintaining, and reviewing quality documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Prepare, update, and maintain quality documentation. Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Quality, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs) to collect and verify technical and compliance information.
- Maintain an organized document control system and update certification records, technical files, and regulatory databases.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required quality documents, reports, and evidence of compliance.
- Ensure all quality records, reports, and documentation comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Participate in training sessions and help educate staff on quality policies and documentation standard processes.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Previous experience in quality assurance, document control, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of technical documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management software.
- Fluent in Italian language
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:
- Familiarity with ISO standards and other regulatory guidelines is a plus.
