**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
The OFX & Hospitality Manager will:

- facilitate and enhance the distribution and the integration of on and off venues opportunities towards all different stakeholder involved into the organization of the Games and operating services or activating projects.
- coordinate all opportunities, stakeholders and assets available for the benefit of all different Marketing related Hospitality Programs (i.e. sponsors, stakeholder, commercial, general public)
- Help to develop the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Plan in collaboration with the appointed Games Hospitality Provider
- Help to develop the OCOG Hospitality Plan in collaboration with the appointed Games Hospitality Provider.
- Help to establish Games Stakeholders servicing model.
- Hospitality market research
- Help in the process with the Hospitality Provider to establish business requirements for the selection of sub-distributors and submit to IOC and IPC for review and approval.
- Help to agree Hospitality Services template agreements & key terms & conditions with IOC and IPC
- Help to define IVH operational requirements & support to be provided by OCOG FAs
- Help to develop Consumer Hospitality Programme Terms & Conditions
- Help to develop Hospitality policies & procedures
- Help to finalise inventory of primary assets for the Hospitality Programme and submit to IOC and IPC for approval
- Help to finalise the allocation of additional assets for the Hospitality Programme and submit to IOC and IPC for approval
- Help to report on Games stakeholders hospitality sales to IOC
- Ensure all agreed Hospitality OCOG-produced content (OPC) has been transferred onto the IOC learning centre
- Help to develop the Hospitality Readiness Plan
- Hospitality/OFX Quotas & allocations management
- Help to develop OFX strategy & content
- Fan experience design

**Requirements**:

- Min 8 years of experiences
- Reading, writing, speaking English and Italian
- Ability to ability to work together and coordinate groups of people and different kinds of stakeholder
- Degree in any social science related matters
- Games Marketing & Communication Strategy experience preferred
- Winter Sports fan preferred
- Degree in any social science related matters preferred
