**Key Accountabilities**:
Perform Quality activities required within the lab instrumental analysis and in particular:

- Support claim RCA with instrumental analysis available on PTC: FTIR, TGA, DSC, Optical Microscope, Spectrophotometer and other
- Provide analytical report
- Follow laboratory procedures and in particular:

- H&S Como Lab procedures
- Quality Como CQ procedures
- Follow Como site directives and procedures.
- If required participate to customer visit.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma in chemistry or equivalent
- good Knowledge English
- fluent iItalian language
- Flexibility
- 1-2 years of work experience in industrial companies
- Reliability
- Competence in color measuring and analytical tests
- Knowledge of legislation and HSE and Quality and procedures specific to the department.
- Integrity in Business Principles and Code of Conduct
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to manage a team of people
- Tasks and Results oriented - Ability to set and meet targets on time
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven Analytical & problem solving skills
- Proactive and problem solving
