Product Director

We are set out to build the world’s best way to shop whether it is finding the best deal, managing past purchases, discovering the latest trends, or finding the perfect pair of ethically sourced jeans while at the same time giving our consumers control and insights of their economy.

We are looking for a Product Director to lead a group of consumer facing products for 100M+ consumers in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have experience empowering product teams to build high quality consumer-facing products, with the ability to motivate and lead an organization towards a joint vision. You’ll know how to get things done, are comfortable to both dive into details and take big decisions with the extensive accountability you have.

**What you'll be doing...**:

- leading and empowering a group of product teams, to build consumer facing products with a real impact on millions of consumers
- setting and aligning teams around a long term vision
- acting as a founder and taking decisions in favor of the customer, even when it’s hard or uncomfortable
- pro-actively aligning your vision, roadmap and KPI’s with other products, teams, and Klarna’s vision fostering a culture that utilizes solid product practices to deliver at the right quality
- planning and executing activities/sessions to drive skills development and knowledge sharing
- challenging people to take their next step in their irregular career pathleading and developing Product Managers to reach their full potential

- extensive experience of building high quality products at a successful tech company

- experience of people management of Product Managers and understanding how to nurture and grow talent
- a deep domain expertise in at least one area
- demonstrated the ability to drive change across an organization
